Eric Begeer (Chairman)

My whole life I have wanted to have people share in Gods love. I am interested in other languages, cultures, and what motivates another. Several years ago I took a course on Islam for me to better understand what drives them. With Esther van Schie (Minister-Director of the organisation), Marien Kollenstaart (advisor) and others, we started an ‘al Massira’ course for Christians and other interested individuals with a Muslim background. Through this I heard of the Organisation of Faith Integration. I think it’s fantastic when people with all backgrounds and all colours, praise God together. I notice it gives many migrants and refugees something recognisable; it gives them peace when they meet other Christians and people with similar experience. Faith integration concretely assists migrants in the Netherlands with this and I would like to support this.
I am married to Klazina and am father of 5 children. I work as an information security officer at an ICT company. Besides being chairman for the Organisation of Faith Integration I work for District Congregation de Rank in Waddinxveen.

Marion Huberland-van Velde (General Member)

My name is Marion Huberland, married to Joel and together we have 3 children: Mattanje (14), Josua (12) and Laelle (9).
Since a few years, as a family, we have been involved with the international church ICU, in Gouda. We enjoy the multicultural diversity, contact with people with such a different background and finding each other in faith and in the same God here.
Besides the ICU we are connected to the church in Nesselande where I am elder of development and support.
The Organisation of Faith Integration merges both these sides of our church life. I think it is amazing to be in the board and to add my little bit to the large work of God in his kingdom.

Peter van Duijn

Peter van Duijn (Treasurer)

I am Peter van Duijn, married to Ria, father of 3 beautiful daughters and granddad to an equally beautiful granddaughter. Professionally I have been active in IT, commercial and management positions over the past 40 years, in companies active in the international greenhouse construction. Seven years ago I started the company van Duijn and Partners with two partners, supporting customers with advise or an interim position when innovating their company (and its processes). I am an enthusiastic member and treasurer of the Lions Club in Zevenhuizen. In the protestant churches in Berkel en Rodenrijs and Zevenhuizen I was active as youth and evangelisation elder as well as church steward for 15 years, over the last 40. At the end of 2019 I joined the board of the International Bible Bond in Amersfoort and now of course at the Organisation of Faith Integration; a beautiful initiative I would love to contribute to.
