Pastors
As a minister, pastor, or church leader, you have an important role. You can be the first point of contact for people from other cultures and help your congregation become even more welcoming to newcomers. We are happy to support you in this and would love to get in touch with you.
Multicultural day of rest and reflection: "Father, make us one"
On Monday, January 19, 2026, the Migrant and Church working group is organizing a special retreat day for pastors from various churches and cultures. In a time of unrest, we seek peace, unity, and deepening in Christ together. The day offers inspiration, silence, prayer, and encounter.

Pastors for refugees
In 2022, we launched the ‘pastors for Ukrainians’ project together with Stichting Gave, to offer a listening ear to many Ukrainian refugees. In a short period of time, 300 pastors completed the free online training course. Many of them actively provided shelter and support to Ukrainians.
The immediate urgency has passed, and many refugees have now settled, either within or outside the congregations. However, there is still a need for people who can provide professional pastoral care, including for refugees from other countries.
We are building a database of active pastors to whom we can refer refugees if they have questions about faith and life. Would you like to be a part of this? We hope you will sign up using the form below. We will contact you and would like to hear about your wishes and possibilities.

Intervision
If you are involved in or planning to become involved in intercultural church work, it is a meaningful and wonderful task, but it can also bring challenges. We offer a one-year intervision program, in which you meet every six weeks in a small group of up to six colleagues and discuss your own cases. Depending on the participants’ locations, sessions may be held online or in person. If you are interested, you can sign up via the contact form. The group will be guided by an experienced pastor.
